Subscriptions to the JOURNAL, which is published quarterly, are $35.00 per year and $10.00 per issue for individuals; $75.00 per year for institutions; include an additional $3.50 per issue for foreign subscription. Back issues of the JOURNAL are available at reduced cost in a bound set of 54 volumes, including an Index, covering the years 1916-1970.
